Who we share it with: We share data only with the vendors who help us operate this site, such as our hosting and analytics providers, and across our wider advertising network with authorized programmatic demand partners in accordance with IAB supply-chain transparency standards including Sellers.json and Ads.txt. We do not sell business contact information for independent third-party marketing purposes.

Your rights: Depending on where you are located, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of data sharing for advertising purposes, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time and without penalty. 2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy explains what information we collect on this Site and through our programmatic infrastructure, why we collect it and the legal basis for doing so, how we use, share, and protect it, your rights under applicable law and how to exercise them, and how we handle data in our capacity as a publisher and supply-side platform participant.

3. Information We Collect

3a. Information You Provide Directly

A3Synq's primary website is a B2B partner-facing platform. We collect limited direct personal data, which may include business contact information submitted via inquiry or partnership forms (name, company name, business email, phone number, job title), email address if you join a waitlist for AppLauncher™ Pro or the DaxLira™ private beta, and communications and correspondence you send us via email or contact forms.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individual consumers for advertising targeting purposes through this Site.

3b. Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you visit the Site, standard technical data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools. This may include IP address (truncated or anonymized depending on consent status), browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL and pages visited on the Site, session duration and page interactions, and general geographic region (country and city level).

3c. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies on this Site. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for a full breakdown of cookie categories, purposes, providers, and expiry periods. In summary, we may use strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic and improve Site performance, and advertising and targeting cookies which may be placed by authorized third-party programmatic partners where applicable and where consent has been obtained.

You can manage or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time via our cookie consent banner or the Cookie Settings link in the footer of this Site.

3d. Programmatic and Supply-Path Data

As a publisher and supply-side participant in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, A3Synq's network domains may participate in real-time bidding (RTB) processes. In that context, certain technical signals, including device type, IP-derived geographic region, browser environment, contextual page signals, and consent status encoded in the IAB TCF TC String, may be transmitted to authorized demand partners in accordance with IAB Tech Lab standards, including Sellers.json, Ads.txt, and App-Ads.txt disclosures.

Bid requests will not include data fields beyond those necessary for the auction and those authorized by the applicable consent signal. Precise geolocation (GPS-level) will not be included in bid requests unless Special Feature 1 consent has been obtained via the TCF. Device fingerprinting will not be used as a substitute for cookie-based consent where consent has not been obtained. User IDs will only be included in bid requests where the applicable consent string authorizes Purpose 1 (store and/or access information on a device).

DaxLira™: Our proprietary intelligence system is currently in development and has not yet been deployed for live user data processing. A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) will be completed before DaxLira™ processes any live user behavioral data. When DaxLira™ enters active operation, this Policy will be updated and users will be notified in advance of any material change to processing activities.

3e. Sensitive Personal Information

A3Synq does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA, including Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data, or contents of private communications, through this Site or its network properties. Our programmatic advertising operations are configured to exclude sensitive category targeting in accordance with IAB content taxonomy restrictions. If you believe sensitive personal information has been submitted to us inadvertently, please contact us at privacy@a3synq.com and we will delete it promptly.

4. How We Use Your Information

We do not use personal data collected on this Site for behavioral profiling, retargeting, or interest-based advertising directed at individuals identified from this Site.

For visitors from the EU, EEA, and UK, our legal bases for processing personal data are as follows. Consent applies where you have actively opted in via the cookie consent banner, waitlist signup, or other affirmative action. Legitimate Interests applies for analytics, fraud prevention, supply-path integrity, and B2B inquiry management, where our interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. Contract applies where processing is necessary to respond to a business inquiry or fulfill a partnership agreement. Legal Obligation applies where we are required by applicable law to process or retain data.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us at privacy@a3synq.com

6. Programmatic Advertising & Supply-Side Disclosure

A3Synq operates as a publisher and supply-path participant across its owned-and-operated network. In this capacity we maintain Sellers.json disclosure in accordance with IAB Tech Lab Sellers.json 1.0, identifying A3Synq as a primary publisher and authorized representative. Our network domains maintain Ads.txt and App-Ads.txt files to authorize only verified demand partners. We support OMID (Open Measurement SDK 1.4) for independent cross-platform viewability measurement. We operate a zero-tolerance Anti-IVT policy to eliminate Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (SIVT) in real-time. We seek to align with IAB Gold Standard 2.2 best practices across our supply chain.

Where programmatic auctions involve the transmission of bid request data, A3Synq requires that demand partners adhere to all applicable privacy law obligations including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, and comply with IAB TCF v2.3 consent signal requirements. Partners must not process personal data for purposes not authorized by the received TC String.

A3Synq does not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA without a valid opportunity to opt out. See Section 10 for your opt-out rights.

We treat such identifiers in accordance with applicable laws and ensure they are handled only as needed for the delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns.
